My husband and I have proudly been members of Sacred Heart Parish and School for fifteen years. Both of our children received their education here, graduating from 8th grade in 2011 and 2013, respectively. Over the course of our thirty-year marriage, we've cherished witnessing our children's growth into young adults. The Sacred Heart community has warmly embraced us, providing unwavering support in our spiritual journey.
The inspiration drawn from my grandson has led me to pursue teaching young children, a calling I consider a true gift. Witnessing the intellectual and spiritual growth of these young minds brings immense fulfillment to my life. Additionally, I find great joy in cooking and hosting gatherings with my family, as these moments of togetherness fill my heart with love and happiness.
Saint Philip Neri, the patron saint of joy and happiness, serves as a guiding light for me in embodying cheerfulness and joy in my teaching endeavors. His words, "Cheerfulness strengthens the heart and helps us to persevere," resonate deeply with me and motivate me to approach my role as an educator with positivity and perseverance.
