My name is Sheila Mahler and I have been a parishioner of Sacred Heart Parish for almost 20 years. My four children all graduated from Sacred Heart school and I feel a great debt of gratitude for their formation here. I have been here teaching PE for 2 years now, and have loved the opportunity to experience Sacred Heart school from this perspective. My passion is in biomechanics, speed and agility training, and strength training. I have been a trainer and strength coach since 1995. It is my goal to teach students how to improve their speed, vertical jump, strength, and coordination for sports, and for the rest of their lives.
My favorite saint is St. John the Baptist because he was the original Jesus Freak. I really respect his lifestyle. Not only was he a great influencer and speaker, but also he was "off the grid" and a nature lover!
